“It is great to meet the passionate team at SIC and learn from them. I love eating different cuisine and making them. Every class is very interesting! I also learn leadership skills at SIC. I am always eager to learn new things. I work part- time in a restaurant called Rocca at Wolli Creek. It is an Australian cuisine restaurant. I develop theory and practical knowledge at school and practice at work as well. I want to become a Head Chef and work all around the world in the future”
