Certificate IV in Kitchen Management (SIT40521)

  • No specific entry requirements
  • Minimum completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent
  • English: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent; no less than 5.5 in each band

Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT50422)

  • Entry requirement: Completion of the SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
  • Credit transfer arrangements are assessed individually

Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management (SIT60322)

  • No direct entry from outside
  • Entry requirement: Completion of the SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management
  • Minimum completion of Year 12 or equivalent
  • English: IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

Note: All qualifications are delivered in English and require appropriate academic and language proficiency.
